Terms & Conditions
*Amenities and classes may vary from club to club; extra charge for some amenities. Family members must live at the same address as the educator and family memberships must be paid for with the same account as the educator membership. Must pay first and last month's dues to join. A recurring annual fee (“Annual Fee”) of $59.00 is billed two weeks after enrollment and every year after.
